1. Who we are

Prove My Language is operated by [legal entity name and address, to be completed].

2. What we process and why

• Your document. Used only to produce your review. While the review runs it is held encrypted on disk, with a key kept only in memory, and it is deleted when the job ends. It is sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, through its API for that purpose.
• Your report. Stored encrypted for at most 24 hours, and deleted sooner after both downloads or when you press Delete now.
• Account details. Email address, name if provided, sign-in method (password or Google, Microsoft or Apple), and the time of your last sign-in.
• Billing records. Amounts, dates and payment references. Card details are held by Stripe.
• Numeric usage records. Number and size of runs and their cost. No content.
• Technical records. Short-lived request logs without content, and abuse-prevention data such as a salted hash of your network address.

3. Who receives data

Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, and Cloudflare Turnstile (sign-up abuse check).

4. How long we keep data

Reports: at most 24 hours. Account, billing and usage records: while your account exists and as the law requires afterwards.

5. When you delete your account

We delete your account details. We keep your email address and the number of free runs you have used, so that the free allowance cannot be restored by registering again.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data. Write to us at [email protected] or through Contact.

7. Cookies

This public site sets no cookies. The signed-in application uses cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms. It uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
